We started the day with a very unwelcome fire alarm around 4:30 am. All was well but it was not a pleasant way to begin! Since we were basically up for the day at this point we got going and stopped for a bagel on our way to Mont Royal.

Then we walked and walked and walked to get to the top!
And just when we thought we couldn't walk anymore we hiked up to the cross.
Next up was lunch-we went to the Jean Talon Market where there were lots of options to choose from. Mom and I split some poutine, Ike had a sausage and some kind of sushi, and Josh and Dave split tacos.
Next thing you know it's time to eat again :)
Dinner at La Brasserie Des Artistes (a French restaurant). We ate very well this night. Josh and I split the special beef stroganoff. Yum!
And because we weren't exhausted enough Ike convinced me to go check out the Cirque show.
