Basketball, Gamma Visit, Brief Warm Weather

Dave played Y basketball again this winter. He is so into basketball (he plays all the time with Josh and his dad and cottage kids). It was a little less organized than last year but Dave still had fun and made a few baskets!

Action shot. Here's a video of him making a jump shot.

With his buddy Alec. They weren't on the same team but got to see each other every week at least! (And I got to hang with Alec's momma :) )

Ike playing a Swedish game that came in his Kiwi Crate box that my aunt and family got him.

Gamma visited for the weekend and the kids insisted she read "small books" with them before bed. We always read a small book, a chapter of the Bible, and a chapter book every night!

Ike went to a birthday party for a girl in his class...he was feeling the unicorn theme.

Ike's tooth was sooooo loose before he finally lost it.

In fact, it was so loose that it ended up just falling out on its own while he was asleep. I can tell you it is very disorienting to wake up to a child telling you that his tooth fell out at 2:30 in the morning.

Finally got that gap!

The kids are super into helping cook!

The beginning of February gave us a beautiful day to play outside while the snow melted (finally).

Ice skating while Dave and Josh played catch with a football.

Walk around campus.

Ike insisted we play some "mother may I" which he proceeded to play incorrectly.
