Late Summer Trip to Evansville

As part of our last hurrah before school started (we start super early in Indiana for those who don't live here!) we went to Evansville to visit. We ended up leaving a day earlier than we thought because we wanted to get to a demolition derby. Our county fair had to cancel due to rain, so we headed down to Evansville a day early to catch the one in Warrick County.

Grandpa Dave met us and gave Ike a tiny ride on his new motorcycle!

Ready for the derby.

Ike was totally blown away. He absolutely loves demolition derbies!

Sunday we went with my mom and grandpa to an Evansville Otters baseball game. The boys hadn't been before, and I'm always up for a game! Grandpa managed to get free tickets when he came early to buy some, so that was an awesome perk!

The boys and Evan.

Family selfie before the game.

Dave and Gamma.

We spent a lot of time on this trip hanging at Dad and Kyra's house and enjoying their pool. It was sunny and hot, so perfect pool weather!

Watching the grill master.

Playing giant badminton.

Helping to season the burgers.

Gamma busted out these crazy bounce ball things. The boys loved them!

I think they needed some more floats.

Too cute!

Lots of fun activities and hanging with family! Not pictured was the great job Josh and Tony working on their shed one night! :)
